Accommodation & Food. The price you pay for your course does not include food or accommodation. You'll need to arrange your own, and this is another advantage of having the courses in Inverness. There's a huge range of accommodation options in town to suit every budget.

  • It's most convenient to book somewhere with an IV1 or IV3 postcode as this puts you near good eating options in the evening and is close to the course base at Inverness Leisure.

  • During the tourist season from April - October, Inverness can get really busy. Please book your accommodation well ahead of time, and make reservations for dinner as well if you plan to eat out.

Travel. You won't need a car at all during the course as we meet in the city centre and I will drive the group to the training venues in the hills around Inverness.

  • Flights to Inverness Airport are very convenient from London Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester and many other UK & international airports. This link will take you to their route map.

  • Trains are fairly quick and easy from Central Belt (Edinburgh / Glasgow) and Aberdeen. The Caledonian Sleeper (link here to their website) is worth a special mention as it means you can attend one of my courses from London in a single weekend, and only pay for one night's accommodation in Inverness.

  • Major intercity buses all head up to Inverness.

  • You can of course choose to drive here. If I spot that two clients are travelling from the same area I will ask if you want to be put in touch with each other for lift sharing.
